Well, it didn't work out with the new person... There was just too much friction between her and ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
luvcherbear. Faced with a decision of who to make happy, it was a no-brainer. Still, more feelings must have developed than either of us realised -- it hurt like hell when i told her, and i could tell she was hurting too. Sometimes being so empathic sucks.
Have to keep it in perspective, though, we had only gone on 3 dates. And one of the joys of poly is that i still have loved ones around me, including the most important one. Or one-and-a-half :) So, to those loved ones, Hugs & Kisses and thanks for putting up with me! :)
She stepped away from me and she moved through the fair, / And fondly I watched her move here and move there, / Then she went her way homeward with one star awake, / As the swan in the evening moves over the lake.
